Proper maintenance for swimming pools requires the combination of a number of physical and chemical processes. Elite Pools offers different plans to choose from. All maintenance plans include balancing the water chemistry and adding chemicals as needed, removing foreign debris from the swimming pool, vacuuming the pool as needed, brushing the tile and walls, emptying all baskets, servicing the filter, and providing documentation for services provided. - TILE CLEANING
- Remove calcium buildup from the tile.
- POOL VACUUM REBUILDING
- Replace internal mechanisms using genuine parts for all types of equipment.
- FILTER REPLACE
- Consists of removing of old filter and replacing with new filter and all plumbing.
- FILTER SAND CHANGE
- Consists of removal of old sand, inspection of internal parts, and replacing with new sand.
- D.E. OR CARTRIDGE FILTER CLEAN
- Consists of taking apart the filter, hosing off grids and inspection of grids for damage and replacing if necessary. Reassemble the unit and add d.e. filter powder.
- LINER REPLACEMENT AND/OR FLOOR REPAIR
- Consists of removing or replacing the vinyl liner and repairing the floor.
- SALT SYSTEMS
- Install new salt system. Add appropriate salt for size of pool.
- ACID WASH
- Consists of draining all pool water, scrubbing the pool walls with an acid solution, cleanup and refilling the pool with new water & balance chemicals.
- MOTOR REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR
- Consists of removing or repairing of the old motor and replacing/repairing with new motor and all electric wiring, seals & gaskets.
